1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the owners of the site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage — throughout this policy the term "cookies" refers to all of these.

Our use of cookies is governed by Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), which implements the ePrivacy Directive, together with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Strictly necessary cookies may be placed without your consent because they are required for a service you have explicitly requested. For all other cookies we ask for your consent before placing them. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 6).

3. Cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the website and platform to function. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies without breaking the service.

3.2 Analytics

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on deliverd.com. If we add analytics in the future we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before any such cookies are placed.

3.3 Marketing / advertising

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not share data with ad networks.

4. Third-party cookies

Cloudflare and Supabase may set cookies on our behalf to deliver the strictly necessary functions listed above (bot protection and authentication respectively). These providers act as processors for us and do not use those cookies for their own advertising or profiling.

5. Personal data and retention

Some cookies contain identifiers that qualify as personal data under the GDPR. We process that data only for the purposes described above, and retain it for no longer than necessary. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on lawful basis, international transfers, retention, and your rights as a data subject.

6. Managing your cookies

You can manage cookies in the following ways:

• Use the cookie banner on your first visit to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
• Change your preference at any time by clearing the deliverd_cookie_consent entry in your browser's site data — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
• Delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that strictly necessary cookies are required for sign-in and bot protection; blocking them will prevent you from using the Deliverd platform.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@deliverd.com.

If you believe we are not handling your personal data correctly you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted in the cookie banner on your next visit.
